Consultancy - Your place or mine?

After a career in mental health work, I spent a year learning all things bread at The School of Artisan Food, including many visits to established bakeries.

In 2014 I established my microbakery. I have now made many thousands of loaves and taught hundreds of people, I have a wealth of experience and have learnt many lessons along the way.

I can help you create a business plan, design a bakery, plan production and pricing, build and grow your customer base and manage social media, as well as developing teaching programmes and modules.

Every microbakery is unique and individual, it can cater for local customers and demand in a way no multiple or franchise can.

Sometimes visiting an established bakery can give you the information you need, alternatively, on site consultation may be what is required. Advice and guidance via email may also be useful. All are available.

I have worked with several fledgling bakeries to help develop their plans and ideas into reality.
